Terms and Conditions of Use

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose) This agreement aims to establish the basic matters regarding the terms and procedures for using the internet service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Graphy Inc." (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Agreement)
1.	This agreement becomes effective when it is notified to users through the service screen or other means.
2.	The Site can amend the contents of this agreement, and the amended agreement becomes effective by notifying users through the same method as in paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Definitions) In this agreement, the terms are defined as follows:
1.	Member: Refers to an individual or organization that has entered into a service usage agreement with the Site or has been given a user ID (ID).
2.	Applicant: Refers to an individual or organization that applies for membership.
3.	User ID (ID): Refers to a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member and approved by the Site for identification and service usage.
4.	Password: Refers to the combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member that matches the ID to confirm the member's identity and protect the member's privacy.
5.	Termination: Refers to the cancellation of a service usage agreement by the Site or the member.


Chapter 2 Service Usage Agreement
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Usage Agreement)
1.	When you click the "Agree" button at the bottom of the agreement, it is deemed that you have agreed to this agreement.
2.	The service usage agreement is established when the Site approves the application for use by the user after the user's agreement to the terms and conditions.

Article 5 (Application for Use)
1.	To use this service, the applicant must record and submit the user information required in the Site's prescribed membership application form.
2.	All user information entered in the membership application form is considered to be real data. Users who do not provide their real names or actual information may not receive legal protection and may face restrictions on the service.

Article 6 (Approval of Use Application)
1.	The Site approves service usage applications, except in cases specified in paragraphs 2 and 3.
2.	The Site may withhold approval until the reason for limiting approval is resolved in the following cases: a. When there is no available space on service-related equipment. b. When there are technical obstacles. c. When the Site deems it necessary for other reasons.
3.	The Site may refuse approval in the following cases: a. When applied using another individual's (Site's) name. b. When false information is provided in the application. c. When the application is made to disrupt public order and morals. d. When the applicant does not meet the Site's prescribed application requirements.

Article 7 (Change of User Information) If a member's information changes after applying for use, the member must update the information online. The member is responsible for any problems that arise from failing to update the information.


Chapter 3 Obligations of the Parties to the Contract
Article 8 (Site's Obligations)
1.	The Site provides the following services to members: a. Sending newsletters about new services and domain information. b. Automatically entering personal information when registering additional domains. c. Various additional services for domain registration and management.
2.	The Site cannot disclose, reveal, or distribute a member's personal information acquired in relation to service provision to third parties without the member's consent and cannot use it for commercial purposes other than service-related business. However, the following exceptions apply: a. When requested by a government agency due to regulations under the Telecommunications Basic Act. b. When there is a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee for service termination. c. When there is a request according to the procedure prescribed by other related laws.

Article 9 (Member's Obligations)
1.	Members must not engage in the following activities when using the service: a. Illegitimately using another member's ID. b. Replicating, altering, publishing, broadcasting, or providing information obtained from the service for purposes other than the member's use without prior approval from the Site. c. Infringing on the copyrights of the Site or other parties and other rights. d. Disseminating content, sentences, graphics, etc., that violate public order and morals. e. Engaging in actions that are objectively judged to be associated with crimes. f. Violating other related laws.
2.	Members must comply with relevant laws, matters specified in this agreement, service usage guides, and cautions according to the content.
3.	Members must comply with the usage restriction conditions separately announced by the Site for each content.


Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services
Article 10 (Member's Responsibility for ID and Password Management)
1.	Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password. Members are entirely responsible for all results arising from negligence in the management of the ID and password provided to the member.
2.	When a member's ID is used illegitimately or when there is a security violation, the member must promptly notify the Site.

Article 11 (Service Restriction and Suspension)
1.	The Site may restrict or suspend the entire or partial service when a national emergency situation, such as war, civil disorder, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, arises or is likely to arise, or when a telecommunications business operator, as defined by the Telecommunications Business Act, stops providing telecommunications services, due to other inevitable reasons.
2.	When restricting or suspending the use of the service based on the provisions of paragraph 1, the Site must notify members of the reason and the restriction period without delay.


Chapter 5 Changes and Termination of the Contract
Article 12 (Change of Information) If a member wishes to change their address, password, etc., they can use the membership information change service on the website to make the changes.

Article 13 (Termination of Contractual Matters) Members can terminate the service usage agreement. If members terminate the agreement, the Site must restrict the member's service usage from the day the termination application is received. The Site must notify the member of the intention to terminate and provide an opportunity to explain to the member seven days before taking termination measures if any of the following cases apply:
1.	When a member violates usage restriction regulations or does not resolve the restriction reasons within the restriction period.
2.	When the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requests termination.
3.	When a member does not respond to opinions without valid reasons.
4.	When applying under someone else's name or falsely recording information in the application.
The Site may restrict membership for a specific period as prescribed separately for members who have been terminated in accordance with the above provisions.


Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages
Article 14 (Exemption Clause)
1.	The Site is exempt from liability for damages, etc., that members may expect from the provision of the service.
2.	The Site is exempt from liability for damages due to the user's negligence or the intentional acts of a third party, which result in a service disruption or damage to a member's data.
3.	The Site is exempt from liability for the content of data that members post or transmit.
4.	In the case of trademarked domains, the responsibility for any possible damage or compensation belongs to the member who purchased it. The Site does not assume any responsibility.

Article 15 (Jurisdiction) In the event of a dispute between the Site and a member arising from the service, the competent court with jurisdiction over the Site's head office location shall be the court of jurisdiction.


Supplementary Provisions
Article 1 (Effective Date) This agreement shall take effect on January 2, 2017.
