Clear Aligner

Tera Harz / TC-85DAC, TC-85DAW

Material background

Tera Harz TC-85 is photopolymer material that be created to overcome the current limitation of thermoforming sheet type aligner and the Tera Harz direct aligner can be 3D printed directly with a 3D printer and that makes more efficient orthodontic treatment and less painful for a patient.

Direct aligner is the orthodontic dental device that is created with new technology for a professional orthodontic expert and a patient.

Dental professional expert can make one-day orthodontic treatment with Tera Harz TC-85DAC and a dental laboratory doesn’t need to spend a huge expense for setting up manufacturing facility. Tera Harz / TC-80DP A1/A2/A3

Material background

Graphy has created the world's first 3D printable permanent material for dental prosthetics such as Crown and Bridge in order to overcome the limitations of current 3d printer material which can be only used for temporary prosthetics. TC-80DP can replace the existing dental material of zirconia, through its own research and development. TC-80DP, a dental material for permanent prosthetics, is undergoing actual clinical trials, and its effectiveness has already been proven in many clinical cases all over the world.

Tera Harz TC-80DP, the permanent dental prosthesis (crown and bridge) material, boasts the highest strength incomparable to other companies' prosthesis materials with 350Mpa in the Bi-axial Flexural Strength test (ISO 6872 standard). It is the latest 3D printable photopolymer permanent dental prosthetic material that can be produce customized dental crown and bridge for each patient to make an efficient treatment directly by a dentist.

It is also bio-compatible material which being acquired CE, FDA medical device certification and it is already being used in prosthetic treatment.

If you use 3D printer in dental field, manufacturing a dental model is the first thing you would try and universalize. Unlike existing impression, you can save time and money by acquiring oral data with intra oral scanner and making a model with printer. It skips the step where dental clinics have to provide patients’ oral status to dental labs. So, it simplifies the process, reduces errors, and you can finally reproduce accurate oral status.

S-Plastic S-100M simplifies the time and process of analogue impression taking and makes the model more accurate and exact which is needed to manufacture prosthetics and orthodontic appliances.

It also guarantees a favorable environment to operators. Thanks to its high dimensional stability and heat resistance (HDT 130℃), there is no shrinkage or distortion after printout and it smells less and shows less deformation to diverse environment followed by the process.

Gray and Beige are available in color. As it is similar to existing plaster cast and embodies familiar color to users, it’s easy to distinguish the shade of printed models and makes prosthetic production more convenient.

TDD-80

Material Background

Conventional Denture production systems had to expend a lot of time and effort due to the complex manufacturing process, and it cost also a lot of money due to the variety of consumed materials. TDD-80 resin was developed to overcome this kind of problems. TDD-80 resin can be designed conveniently using 3D printing, and can be applied to patients immediately after printing the Denture Base. It saves time and cost, and can prevent errors in the manufacturing process due to the simplification of the process. Thus, it is a material that can produce more accurate Denture.

Characteristics and Advantages

Tera Harz TDD-80 drastically simplifies the process of manufacturing conventional Denture. It used to take several days to provide the final products to the patients, but when using the Tera Harz TDD-80, the time has been greatly reduced, it allows to produce the final products on a one- day. The Denture Base designed and printed based on 3D scanned patient oral condition has an accuracy which is incomparable to the existing method.

TDD-80 is a biocompatible dental Denture Base material with high flexural strength, tensile strength and impact strength, and the shrinkage is significantly lower than the existing Denture Base material.

When produce denture teeth using Graphy TC-80DP and combine them with Denture Base using Graphy resins, it can be firmly fixed with perfect chemical bonding without the mechanical bonding process used in conventional methods. This can prevent the artificial teeth split from the denture base, what used to occur in existing methods.

SG-100

Material background

Since it is being changed to digital implant surgery with using 3D printing technology from analogue, 3D printed surgical guide makes an implant surgery with more accuracy and faster. It makes much more successful surgery cases then analogue type of implant surgery. S-Plastic SG-100 is the perfect material to produce a surgical guide for the digital dental filed.

Property and Advantage

S-Plastic SG-100 is the material for producing a surgical guide which is fully reached the material requirement for the dental application such as the strength and material safety. It doesn’t make any torsion and shrinkage with drilling during an implant surgery and it is also high heat resistance material (HDT 130℃) and it can be heat-sterilized. Therefore, it can avoid any infection from an implant surgery.

SC-130

Material background

A metal prosthesis is the common material in dental filed historically. To produce the metal prosthesis with WAX casting type, it needed spending time and a lot of effort to dental laboratory experts to make metal prosthesis elaborately. Since the 3D printing technology is being used in dental field, it can be modeling and enables to produce metal prosthesis faster and more accurately with SC-130 which is dental casting resin.

Property and Advantage

S-Plastic SC-130 is ash-free casting material which is the most important thing to produce metal prosthesis. It can perfectly produce metal prosthesis without any residual ash with SC-130 casting materials.

SC-130 is highly stable casting material which accurately and precisely keeps the original shape perfectly to produce metal prosthesis.

Tera Harz TFD-26

Material background

Production process of the conventional Flexible Denture were very complex, and had to expend a lot of time and effort. There were many types of materials consumed, and it cost a lot of money to be equipped with facility. TFD-26 resin was developed to overcome this kind of problems. TFD-26 resin can be designed conveniently using 3D printing, and can be applied to patients immediately after printing the Flexible Denture. It saves time and cost, and can prevent errors in the manufacturing process due to the simplification of the process. Thus, it is a material that can produce more accurate products.

Characteristics and Advantages

Tera Harz TFD-26 is the world’s first 3D printable biocompatible dental Flexible Denture material. Tera Harz TFD-26 is a high elasticity material, has a higher flexure strength and higher elongation than conventional thermoforming resin, so it is resistant to external shocks.

If only the elongation is high, the output will be too soft and weak. Tera Harz TFD-26 is soft but strong, and high elastic, so it reliably holds the abutment tooth in the most important Clasp area of the flexible denture without inconvenience when desorption. It can reduce production time by designing and printing flexible denture based on 3D scanned patients' oral conditions without having to carry out existing complicated manufacturing processes and has accuracy that cannot be compared to existing methods.
